Important Announcements Attention umpires! The Woodbridge Fathers Baseball League (WFBL) is seeking Umpires for their Cal Ripken (Baseball) Boys Minors Division for the upcoming 2008 Season.  Anyone who has either umpired for the WFBL in past Seasons or who may be interested for the first time and are 13 years or older as of April 30th of this year may apply.  The WFBL uses Board Certified Umpires for its Boys Majors Division.  Click here for more information.   With the 2008 season getting started, a lot of new things are happening with WFBL. Click here for more information.   Coaches Certification Program - MANDATORY As part of Babe Ruth League’s goal to be the best that it can, it has recently developed and is offering an on-line Coaches Certification Program that hereby requires certification effective 2008.   Therefore, the WFBL / Bethany BSL is hereby making it mandatory that ALL of its Managers and Coaches take this on-line course and become certified prior to the start of the 2008 Season.  The cost is only $19.95 / Coach and apparently only takes 6 – 8 hours (once certified, this Certification when received is good for a period of 4 years, or through 2010) Click here for more information.
